SnowJam Las Vegas 2026: the preseason ski and snowboard expo

SnowJam Las Vegas is a two-day ski and snowboard gear sale and expo at the Las Vegas Convention Center, South Hall 2A, on Saturday and Sunday, November 14–15, 2026. General Admission gets you in to shop. A SnowJam Membership also gets you lift-ticket vouchers, including one free weekday ticket each at Lee Canyon, Brian Head and Arizona Snowbowl. snowboard.vegas is not affiliated with SnowJam. General Admission or Membership?

• General Admission: expo entry, shopping and meeting the exhibitors. “No lift ticket vouchers included.”
• SnowJam Membership: everything in General Admission plus “eligible free & discounted lift ticket vouchers, claimed at the live expo.”
• Kids: 13 and under are free with a paid adult. A child who wants vouchers needs their own Membership.

Prices go up November 1. SnowJam’s event page says “Prices go up November 1st.” From then, expect about $24–25 for a Membership (it was $23 in advance until Oct 31) and about $17–18 for General Admission. Prices conflict across SnowJam’s pages: the event page’s FAQ says that at the event, Membership is $24, and the main FAQ says $25. Check the price at checkout. Checked Oct 30, 2026.

Beginner tip: the Membership costs about $7 more than General Admission. If you’ll ski a weekday this season, the vouchers are the cheapest lift tickets you’ll find. Once you’ve been a few times, see is a pass worth it? for the break-even math.

The free lift-ticket vouchers (Las Vegas expo)

SnowJam says Members get “up to $500 in free lift tickets.” That’s SnowJam’s claim, not our math. These are the Las Vegas expo’s main free-ticket vouchers, as listed on the event page:

How to claim it:

• Claim at the door. Have your Membership scanned at the front door of the live expo; the vouchers then arrive by email, so check your spam folder. They are not sent when you buy online.
• One claim per season. “Each eligible Membership can activate its lift ticket offers one time,” and the offers are valid for the 2026/27 season (redemption rules).
• If you can’t go, someone else can bring your Membership and have it scanned for you.
• Vouchers have no cash value. Always follow the instructions printed on your voucher.

A beginner’s shopping plan

1. Make a list first. Use our first-timer gear list so you buy what you need, not what’s on sale. Renting for the first day or two is fine; see Lee Canyon rentals.
2. Bring your boots. SnowJam’s FAQ says that if you’re buying skis, a board or bindings, “bringing your boots is a good idea.”
3. Get fitted. SnowJam says there’s an on-site boot-fitting area with pro fitters.
4. Ask about returns before you pay. Gear is sold by individual vendors, so returns and exchanges follow each vendor’s policy. Keep the receipt.

After SnowJam
